Bablu Singh, Santa’s son, is in middle school in Edison, New Jersey. In the writing class, the teacher gave an assignment to write an essay about an imaginary baseball match between New York Yankees and Boston Red Sox.
The next day, everyone submitted the homework. Bablu Singh’s essay was pretty extraordinary and the teacher called him in front of the class and to read it for everyone.
Shy, and embarrassed, he dragged himself up there and read the essay – it had 5 words – BASEBALL CANCELED DUE TO RAIN.
